On Sunday, December 3 we will be holding out year-end members meeting, pot luck dinner and special orienteering event at Hopkins Point Shelter in Mendon Ponds Park.  This is the schedule of events for the day is as follows,

12:30 - 1:30PM: Board Meeting

1:30PM – 3:00PM: Potluck and Annual Meeting

3:00PM- 4:00PM Cell Phone "O"

4:00- 4:30pm Desserts 

4:30 - 5:00PM Control pickup and lodge cleanup.

Club will provide drinks. Bring your own plates and silverware to minimize waste and clean-up.

A-H - Main dishes ( Please include serving utensils and take home serving dish)

I-P  - Appetizers and salads

Q-Z - Desserts

There will be two versions of the cell phone maps. One half the of the pair or group stays in the lodge with the map and describes the best routes and locations of the controls while the other half searches.  At the end of the 30 minutes (or less) the other half of the group goes out on the other version of the map. The courses will stay on the northeast side of the ridge to enhance cell phone reception and reduce climb. Make sure your phone is well charged before you go out.
