Webster Park, Valley View Shelter

This meet will be a score-O format.  Visit as many points as you can in any order in the time frame given (1 hour).

There will be a beginner course available.  Start between Noon and 1pm.

Courses close at 1:30.

Come early (noon) or stay late (2pm) to try out the string-o!

Course setter notes:

When we looked at the course locations the park was dry, however with this weeks rain there may be wet spots and muddy spots. There are many rootstocks and down trees not mapped, too many to add. There are areas with roots exposed so be careful, wet roots will be slippery. There is some PI, Poison Ivy, so long pants are recommended. There are also some areas that have Bittersweet vines and grape vines that may want to trip you. The park is a bit greener than on the map.

There are (at least 29 ) controls worth varying points for you to locate. Go out and get as many controls as you can and get and be back in 60 minutes (1 hour) so you don’t lose points due to penalties. 10 points for each minute you are late.

Be sure to register that you are coming so we have a map for you.

This will be a Mass Start on the Score-O at 12:30.

Beginner – White 1.9k with a 30 m climb.
