Annual Meeting and Club Party - Rotary Lodge

Every year the club has to hold a meeting to meet the requirements of being a non-profit.  We need to have a quorum so to entice you to the meeting we will also be having lots of fun O-activities as well as a catered dinner (Wegmans wraps, soups and salads).   This year we are holding this event on a NEW map.  Greece Canal Town Park has a number of trails, open areas and water features. 

We will be located in a large heated lodge with a number of indoor and outdoor Orienteering activities such as O-Puzzles, Indoor O-Courses, Grid-O, Score-O, String-O and others (suggestions welcome).  

Because we are ordering food, pre-registration is required and the price will be $12/person, kids 12&under are free (but still need to register).  Please bring your own dishware and utensils.  Water, Gatorade, Hot chocolate, coffee and tea will be provided.  Please feel free to bring a appetizer or dessert if you would like.

Want to help out?  Unfortunately volunteers will not receive a free entry but help is still be very appreciated.  Sign up on the website.
