Sunday, April 23rd event is your unique chance to enjoy wide open woods at Mendon Ponds Park before the mother nature takes over and Cynanchum rossicum (also known as swallow-wort) swallows everything. Our team of top international course setters in the entire Monroe county prepared a wide assortment of fun courses that will challenge your navigational and physical capabilities:

White/Beginner 2.2km 6 controls 75m climb

Yellow/Intermediate  2.8km 7 controls 120m climb

Orange/Long Intermediate 3.4km 9 controls 155m climb

Brown/Short Advanced 3.9km 11 controls 180m climb

Green/Advanced 4.8km 11 controls 225m climb

Red/Long Advanced 5.9km 13 controls 270m climb

String-O is back!!  Bring your kids (or prepare to unleash the kid inside you).  It will be e-punch so bring your sprinting shoes and we will see who earns the fastest string-O time!!

Also returning, snacks and drinks!  Pre-packaged snacks, fruit and jugs of water/Gatorade will be available.
