REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration is available at https://www.mountainwebsoftware.com/oreg/roc/
For those wishing to register via regular mail a standard registration form and waiver is available here. Please mail registration and signed waivers to the registrar. (Rob Holmes, 23 Filkins St. Fairport, NY 14450).
For those registering on-line, a waiver form will be generated when you register. Please print and sign this form and either mail it to the registrar or hand it in on the day of the event. Waivers absolutely must be submitted before competing.

Registration for the relay can be done either with the on-line registration system or using the mail-in form. Team designations can be noted during this process. However, team forms, which can be found here, will be accepted at the meet. These must be submitted by 4:00PM on Saturday to the registrar.
There will be likely be multiple sprint courses offered. We will tentatively register those doing the sprint in a category that matches their Middle distance class. If you want a different sprint course please make a note on your registration form.
Fees (Per Day):

USOF/IOF/COF Members Discount:$3/day/adult, $1.50/day/junior
Fees include light lunch on Saturday consisting of bagels, fruit, chili, vegetarian chili, PBJ, snacks.
Please note that there is an entrance fee to get into Letchworth Park. The fee is $6.00 per vehicles and cannot be pre-paid. Although the gates are open 6:00AM, the fee booths are generally not manned until 9:00AM.
Other Info/Cost options
E-Punching: SportIdent electronic punching will be used
on all competitive courses both days. Competitors must either own an e-punch or
rent one.
$3/day, $5 for entire weekend
(Replacement cost
for losing a rental e-punch is $40)
Saturday Night Dinner: $15 per adult, $10 per child (2-12), under 2years old, free (see Meet Info page for menu)
Babysitting: Pre-registration required, with a $10deposit per child, covering first 2 hours. Rate is $5/child/hour, with fees for additional hours or children beyond deposit collected at the event
